Just a quick reminder of some important house rules that have been previously overlooked. We kindly ask you to review them carefully:

1. No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

2. No Eating or Drinking in the Pool Area – For safety and cleanliness, food and beverages are not allowed around the pool.

3. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM – Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, as we are in a residential neighborhood.

4. Proper Use of the 3-in-1 Billiard Table – The table should only be used for its intended functions. For example, the table-tennis top should not be used as a dining or food table.

5. Keep Sliding Doors Closed at Night – Please ensure that all sliding doors are closed during nighttime to help minimize noise.
